He kept the building site & the yard clean & tidy at the end of every day & kept us fully in the loop as the project progressed, which meant there were no unwelcome surprises along the way.  He is a genius at solving unexpected problems, is extremely pleasant & very easy to work with, & met his part of the contract consistently.  He was able to accommodate last-minute changes without apparent fluster.  He has also been generous in continuing to provide us assistance with trade contacts for additional jobs we have undertaken.
